About the founder
“Kusudi means purpose in Swahili, and the name carries a deeply personal meaning for me.”
After years of searching for her God-given purpose, Nayma found a place where creativity, beauty and the desire to empower others could meet. In 2025, she completed her Makeup Artistry and Hairstyling certification and began turning that purpose into a legacy.

Nayma has always been drawn to creativity and to the uniqueness and depth of people beyond what can be seen on the surface.
Makeup became a way to express that perspective: not changing who someone is, but enhancing what is already there and helping them see themselves with renewed confidence.
The name Kusudi grew from her time in Tanzania. The Swahili language, the culture and the warmth with which she was received gave Nayma an unexpected sense of belonging. Her own name resonated there through its association with grace, making the connection even more personal.
Kusudi is Nayma's expression of a God-inspired dream: more than beautiful makeup looks, it is a space for confidence, creativity, learning and women stepping boldly into their own purpose.
